Registered trade visitors will be able to attend the trade fair, access the full educational program, and enjoy the catering from the food courts all free of charge.
[19 January 2026] – Free registration for the next edition of UNITI expo, Europe's leading trade fair for the service station and car wash industries, is officially open. UNITI expo returns to Stuttgart on 19 – 21 May 2026, gathering all the key players and leading voices in the industry. In addition to providing free entry to the exhibition over three days, registered trade visitors will have free access to all the educational sessions and the different food courts.
Expecting a large increase in visitors
The awareness campaign conducted by the UNITI expo team across continental and international events over the last year and a half, and the targeted social media activities, generated immense interest at the turn of the year: “We took the strong demand, especially from outside the EU, as an opportunity to open registration for trade visitors earlier than planned,” said Elmar Kühn, Managing Director of UNITI Services GmbH and organiser of the trade fair. "The overwhelming response shows the importance of UNITI expo in the industry. The 2026 edition of the trade fair will once again be a strong showcase for the industry, highlighting all the important innovations and trends.” This early opening enables international visitors who require a visa to plan their visit to Europe’s leading trade fair for the service station and car wash industries well in advance.
UNITI expo 2026 follows on from a record edition
In the record-breaking edition of 2024, the leading trade fair attracted over 18,000 participants from a total of 110 countries. 470 exhibitors were represented across three halls. More than 500 exhibitors are expected for UNITI expo 2026, heralding another record year. Some of the four themed areas – Shop & convenience, Oil companies & fuel retailers, Car wash & car care, and Technology, payment & logistics – have significantly expanded to a total of 45,000m². The area dedicated to the Future Mobility Lounge has doubled due to the strong interest. Technologies powering today and tomorrow’s mobility will be displayed across 2,000m².
“The impressive growth in the number of exhibitors and exhibition space reflects the success of previous years,” says Ben Boroewitsch, CEO of com-a-tec GmbH and co-organiser of UNITI expo. “Building on this track record, visitors can once again expect an unparalleled experience with inspiring networking opportunities. Anyone who wants to experience the latest industry trends up close should not miss UNITI expo 2026.”
Specialist forums and food courts complete the UNITI expo experience
The three forums – UNITI expo Forum, Carwash Forum, and International Forum – are each dedicated to specific topics and offer valuable insights, expert discussions, and exciting presentations by prominent industry figures. All three forums are easy to access and integrated into the heart of the trade fair. Three food courts will fuel visitors and exhibitors alike: the GenussGARTEN FOODCOURT, a true food hub with two floors and located in Hall 1; an expanded catering area in the Carwash Piazza in Hall 3; and a brand-new food court in Hall 5.
