Dear UNITI expo exhibitor,

UNITI expo 2024 is just around the corner and Messe Stuttgart and the UNITI expo team are looking forward to inspiring, successful trade fair days with you. Since January 2024, Messe Stuttgart has introduced a new digital logistics tool for set-up and dismantling. You have to use the VisiFair online platform to book a desired time slot in advance for your entry to the exhibition grounds and the loading yards.

It will be possible to book the entry slots from 27.03.2024.

Important: During early set-up and extended dismantling, access is not regulated via VisiFair. You will receive your access authorization with your booking confirmation for early set-up and extended dismantling.

Information event on VisiFair

On March 25, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. (GMT+1) there will be a virtual information event with Landesmesse Stuttgart. You can find the invitation link (MS-Teams) here.

Why is Messe Stuttgart introducing VisiFair?

Trade fair companies have always faced major logistical issues such as traffic jams, accidents and delays which must be dealt with immediately. Messe Stuttgart is also aware of this challenge and is therefore constantly driving forward optimization processes.

What does that mean for you as an exhibitor?

Instead of an entry deposit, loading and unloading slots for the loading zones at the halls must now be booked in advance of UNITI expo 2024 by paying a fee. There is an exact time and location allocation here.

Access to the parking lots in front of the halls must also be booked. This is free of charge during set-up and dismantling and valid for the entire day.

After booking, you will receive your entry ticket in both cases, which must be presented on site in digital or printed form.

How do I book my loading and unloading slot?

VisiFair stores all set-up and dismantling times for the event as well as the available loading zones. You will not receive automatic login data but must register with VisiFair in order to be able to select the correct event. The event code for UNITI expo 2024: MVF8E is mandatory for this.

First you need to select the required vehicle category, then the date and time. The system will then show you all available loading zones and time slots. Once you have made your booking, you will receive the entry ticket. All booking data is visible on this. It also contains the QR code required for entry and directions to the booked loading zone.

Please note that entry to the exhibition grounds is only possible with a valid entry ticket. In addition, the booked time slots will be monitored on site to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
