Trade visitor registration
The organizer reserves the right to verify the visitor’s affiliation to the industry sector on the basis of the details provided when registering, and if appropriate, demand proof at a later date. Since this is purely a professional event, the organizer will be forced to cancel your ticket if it is verified that you are not operating in one of the above sectors. In the event of a cancellation you will be informed by e-mail.
Your details will only be used for your qualification as a professional visitor, the preparation of your visitor badges (name tags with barcodes), the delivery of important information about UNITI expo and for anonymous statistical analysis and marketing purposes in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause a, b and f of the Privacy General Data Protection Regulation. Registration declaration
- I have been authorised by the persons mentioned above to register them to UNITI expo with the details provided.
- I confirm that all persons mentioned above agree to receive operational information about UNITI expo to the email address indicated. The data will only be used by the organisers of UNITI expo in connection with UNITI expo and for anonymous statistical analysis and marketing purposes in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause a, b and f of the Privacy General Data Protection Regulation.
- When registering using a ticket code of an exhibitor (Invitation ticket code), all registered persons agree that the information provided will be transmitted to the exhibitor that invited them.
- By visiting UNITI expo all registered persons agree that the partners and exhibitors of UNITI expo can scan their visitor badges and use the contact details for marketing purposes.
- Registered persons are aware that they can make a request for erasure of their details at any time. This can be carried out through the menu option ‘Personal settings’ on the www.uniti-expo.com website when logged in. In case the login details are no longer available, we recommend to contact the event organisers. When personal details are erased, the registration and the right to enter the exhibition will expire.
Withdrawal of consent to data processing
Many data-processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke your previous consent at any time. An informal e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data-processing operations that were conducted until the permission was revoked remains unaffected.
User rights: Access, correction and deletion
